螺旋CT及多平面重建技术在骨盆骨折诊断与治疗中的应用

目的 :探讨螺旋CT及多平面重建 (multiplanarreconstruction ,MPR)技术在骨盆骨折诊断与治疗中的价值。方法 :使用TOSHIBAXvision螺旋CT机对 2 0例骨盆损伤患者进行扫描 ,在薄层重建图像基础上生成MPR图像 ,观察损伤细节 ,并与骨盆平片比较。结果 :螺旋CT及MPR技术清晰地显示了骨盆骨折的细节 ,MPR图像可直观、全面显示骨盆骨折术前与术后情况。结论 :螺旋CT及MPR技术是诊断骨盆骨折的重要手段 ,对临床医生选择合适的治疗方法及制定详细手术计划可提供正确指导

Application of Spiral CT and MPR in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pelvis Fractures

Objective:To evaluate the value of Spiral CT and MPR technology in diagnosis and treament of pelvis fractures.Methods:20 patients injured in pelvis were examined with Toshiba Xvision spiral CT.Observe the details of the injury by MPR image,obtained from the reconstruction of the thin slice images,and compared the MPR image with the radiograph of pelvis.Results:Spiral CT and MPR technology display the details of pelvis fractures,MPR technology is more accuratly and directly in comparing the image of preoperation with the image of postoperation.Conclusion:Spiral CT and MPR technology is important in diagnosis of pelvis fractures.It can direct the clinic doctor to select the accurate treatment and make the detail surgical plan.
