综合护理干预在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果分析

目的探讨综合护理干预在精神分裂症患者治疗中的作用。方法 58例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组两组各29例,对照组采用精神科常规护理,观察组采用综合护理措施,采用简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）评价护理效果。结果干预后两组患者简明精神病量表得分均降低,与护理前相比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但干预后观察组患者简明精神病量表得分比对照组相比下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预措施能促进精神分裂症患者的康复,能提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Analysis of Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective To evaluate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 58 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the observation group（n=29） and the control group（n=29）.The Control group was given conventional care and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The brief psychiatric rating scale （BPRS） was used to evaluate the nursing effect.Results After tile intervention, the score of brief psychiatric rating scale of two groups of patients were lower, compared with before treamlent differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After the intervention, the score of brief psychiatric rating scale of observation group patients more obvious drop compared to the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions can promote the recovery, of the patients with schizophrenia, can improve therapeutic effect and is worth promoting.
