化疗联合CIK治疗恶性肿瘤的护理干预

目的探讨化疗联合CIK治疗恶性肿瘤的护理干预疗效。方法选取2011年6月～2013年6月我院进行治疗的恶性肿瘤患者69例,随机分为观察组35例和对照组34例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行护理干预。观察两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应、护理满意度等。结果观察组总有效率及护理满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对恶性肿瘤患者进行化疗联合CIK治疗的护理干预,可以提高临床疗效,减少不良反应发生,且患者对护理满意度高,值得推广应用。

Nursing intervention of malignant tumors by chemotherapy combined with CIK treatment

Objective To explore the nursing intervention of malignant tumors by chemotherapy combined with CIK treatment. Methods 69 patients with malignant tumor from June 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group（35 cases）and control group（34 cases）.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were all observed. Results The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with malignant tumors by chemotherapy combined with CIK treatment can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have high patient＇s satisfaction for care,it is worthy of popularization and application.
