| 摘 要： | 随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,医院职工的思想状况越来越受到社会各方的关注,思想政治工作也受到前所未有的挑战。而十八大精神使我们在问题与矛盾面前有了新的思想准备,可以通过调整思想政治工作思路,创新工作教育管理方法,来促进和实现医院的和谐稳定与发展。

| Abstract: | With medical and health system reform in our country continuously profound, ideological situation of hospital staff was more and more concerned by the society, ideological and political work was also faced to unprecedented challenges. The eighteen convention idea enabled us having new mental preparation against problems and contradictions, adjusting the thinking of ideological and political work, innovative work education management methods, which can promote and achieve harmony, stability and development of the hospital. |
