阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床疗效，为其临床治疗提供可参考依据。方法共纳入82例入住我院诊断为肺炎支原体感染的患儿作为研究对象，采用随机数字法平均分为观察组与对照组，观察组患儿给予阿奇霉素治疗，对照组给予罗红霉素治疗，对两组患儿的住院时间、临床疗效等进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组，总有效率分别为97.6％及85.3％，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；且观察组住院时间明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组出现恶心、呕吐的例数明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染有较好的临床疗效，可以更好的改善患者的症状，同时安全性较高，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of azithromycin treatment in patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of azithromycin treatment in patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods 82 patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were included.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in observation group were given azithromycin treatment.Patients in control group were given erythromycin treatment.The clinical curative effect and hospital stay were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 97.6% ,which was higher than 85.3% in control group.The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The hospital stay in observation group was lower than that in control group.The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The number of nausea,vomiting in observation group was lower than that in control group.The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There are good clinical curative effect of azithromycin treatment in patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,which can improve the symptom and have safety.
