直肠给予硫酸吗啡控制片治疗晚期肺癌镇痛效果探讨

目的：探讨直肠给予硫酸吗啡控制片治疗晚期肺癌镇痛效果。方法选择患者80例，分为两组，各40例，对照组采用口服硫酸吗啡控释片，观察组则通过直肠给药，比较两组患者治疗后不良反应、疼痛改善情况及药物治疗起效时间。结果观察组发生呼吸抑制、恶性呕吐、便秘及头晕头疼的比例显著低于对照组（P ＜0.05），治疗后疼痛改善率高于对照组（P ＜0.05），疼痛减轻时间及疼痛显著缓解时间均显著快于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论直肠给予硫酸吗啡控释片能显著提高临床治疗效果，较快缓解患者疼痛，且不良反应少，值得临床重视。

The treatment of controlled analgesia of rectal morphine sulfate tablets for advanced lung cancer

Objective To study the effect of controlled analgesia of rectal morphine sulfate tablets for advanced lung cancer. Methods 80 cases were divided into two groups,each 40 cases,the control group were treated with oral morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets,the observation group were used rectal drug administration,then adverse reactions and improvement of pain and drug treatment onset time werw compared in the two groups. Results The observation group with respiratory depression,malignant vomiting,dizziness,headache and constipation proportion rate were significantly lower than control group（P 〈 0.05）,pain relief after treatment were higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）,pain relief time was and pain relieve time were significantly faster than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rectal administration of morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets can significantly improve clinical outcomes,rapid remission in patients with pain and fewer adverse reactions,so it is worthy of attention.
