卵巢肿瘤的核磁共振成像诊断分析

目的：探讨核磁共振成像（MRI）在卵巢肿瘤临床中诊断价值。方法收集84例卵巢肿瘤患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组与对照组42例，研究组给予 MRI 诊断，对照组给予 B 超诊断，观察两组诊断的准确性、特异性及敏感性。结果研究组患者诊断的准确性、特异性及敏感性均优于对照组，差异有统计意义（P ＜0.05）；研究组对卵巢肿瘤的定性要优于对照组，差异有统计意义（P ＜0.05）。结论在卵巢肿瘤中采用 MRI 诊断，其诊断的准确性、特异性及敏感性都比较高，且能对肿瘤准确定性，值得推广。

Analysis of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors

Objective To study of magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） in the diagnosis of ovarian tumor in clinic. Methods Collected 84 cases of ovarian cancer patients as the research object, randomly divided into the study group and 42 cases in the control group, the study group were given MRI diagnosis, the control group was given B ultrasound diagnosis, observation of the two groups of diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity. Results Study on accuracy of patients, the specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis were superior to the control group, the difference was obvious, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）;ntrol group, the difference was obvious, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The MRI diagnosis in ovarian tumor, its diagnosis accuracy, specificity and sensitivity are high, and the tumor precise qualitative, worthy of promotion.
