小儿肺炎支原体感染肺外表现66例临床分析

目的探讨并分析儿童肺炎支原体感染肺外表现的临床特点及症状。方法选取来自我院治疗的200例确诊为肺炎支原体感染的患儿,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果所有患儿中有66例肺外器官受累,发生率达33.3%。主要累及神经系统、消化系统（如肝功能异常）、心血管系统（心肌损害）、泌尿系统（血尿肾炎）、血液系统（粒细胞减少、血小板减少）及皮肤黏膜（黏膜损害）等多个系统。结论肺炎支原体感染如果治疗不及时,会引起身体多个组织、器官损伤,给患儿带来极大伤害,所以及时、有效的诊治至关重要。

Clinical study of 66 cases on extrapulmonary manifestations of mycoplasma pneumonia in children

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical characters and symptoms of the extrapulmonary complications in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods Select 200 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia patients that were treated in our department, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The 66 cases of all patients had extrapulmonary organ involvement. The occurrence rate was 33.3%. Nervous system, digestive system（such as dysfunction of liver）,cardiovascular system（cardiac damage）,urinary system（haematuria nephritis）,hematological system（granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia） and skin mucosa（mucous membrane damage） and other systems were the mostly being involved. Conclusion If mycoplasma pneumonia is not treated timely,this can damage multiple body tissues,organ and give great harm to the children.So it is essential of timely and effective diagnosis and treatment.
