老年急性上消化道出血应用奥曲肽治疗的临床分析

目的：应用奥曲肽对患有急性上消化道出血疾病的老年患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法将本院收治的88例患有急性上消化道出血疾病的老年患者随机分为对照组（40例）和治疗组（48例）。采用泮托拉唑对对照组患者实施治疗；采用泮托拉唑与奥曲肽联合对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者急性上消化道出血疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组；消化道出血症状消失时间和连续用药总时间明显短于对照组；出现药物不良反应的人数明显少于对照组。结论应用奥曲肽对患有急性上消化道出血疾病的老年患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Clinical analysis of Octreotide in the treatment of the elderly patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Objective To study the clinical effect of octreotide in the treatment of elderly patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 88 elderly patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group （40 cases） and the treatment group （48 cases）. The control group was given pantoprazole, and the treatment group was given the pantoprazole combined with octreotideon. Results The treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The disappeared time of gastrointestinal bleeding and the total time of continuous used medicine in the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group. The number of adverse drug reactions in the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of the octreotide in the treatment of elderly patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding is very obvious.
