阿德福韦酯联合拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期的临床体会

目的对阿德福韦酯联合拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期的临床疗效和药物安全性进行观察和探讨。方法将102例乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者随机分成两组：每组各51例。对两组都进行常规护肝及抗纤维化对症治疗,观察组在常规的基础上对其进行阿德福韦酯10mg/d和拉米夫定100mg/d的联合治疗,对照组在常规的基础上对其进行阿德福韦酯10mg/d的治疗,并对两组患者治疗后的各项疗效指标进行比较和观察。结果治疗48周时观察组的各项指标在改善程度上都比对照组组高,两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阿德福韦酯联合拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期疗效显著,是理想的抗乙肝病毒药物,两种药物的联合使用可以增加抗毒效果,对患者预后能明显改善。

Adefovir dipivoxil in combination with lamivudine therapy clinical experience of decompensated cirrhosis

Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect and security of adefovir dipivoxil（ADV） combined with lamivudine（LAM） intreatment of patients with hepatitis B virus-related decompensated cirrhosis. Methods 102 cases of hepatitis B patients with decompensated cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups：the observer group of 51 patients,the control group of 51 patients.For both groups and anti-liver fibrosis conventional symptomatic treatment,its observer group set of adefovir dipivoxil 10 mg per day and combination of lamivudine 100 mg per day on a regular basis, the control group in the conventional Based on its daily 10 mg adefovir dipivoxil treatment,and the efficacy of both groups of patients were compared after treatment and observation. Results all indicators of the observation group of 48 weeks＇ treatment are higher than those of control roup in improving degree,the differences of both groups＇ data have statistical gnificance（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil lamivudine decompensated cirrhosis significant effect,is the ideal anti-HBV drugs,the combination of both drugs can increase the anti-drug effect on the prognosis of patients can significantly improvements.
