| 摘 要： | 目的探讨切口膜牵拉固定在治疗剖宫产术后腹部切口愈合不良中的应用价值。方法观察切口膜牵拉固定治疗剖宫产术后腹部切口愈合不良（观察组）的临床效果,并与常规清创换药及二期缝合治疗（对照组）的效果进行比较。结果观察组患者切口愈合时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组82.76%（P〈0.05）。结论切口膜牵拉固定治疗剖宫产术后腹部切口愈合不良可缩短治疗时间,提高治疗疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application of incision film in healing abdominal incision after cesarean section. Methods The results of applying incision film to heal abdominal incision after cesarean section were observed（the observation group）. And comparison was made with the results of the traditional treatment with debridement and secondary suture（the control group）. Results Wound healing time and hospitalization time among the observation group were obviously earlier than the control group（P〈0.05）. The total efficacy of the observation group was 100%, obviously higher than 82.76% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The incision film approach to abdominal incision after cesarean section can shorten treatment time and improve efficacy. |
