剖宫产术与阴道助产术在足月妊娠临产胎儿窘迫中的疗效观察

目的研究和分析剖宫产术与阴道助产术在足月妊娠临产胎儿窘迫中临床疗效。方法选取50例2013年1～6月来我院进行足月妊娠临产胎儿窘迫治疗的患者,将其按挂号的流水号随机抽查分为对照组与试验组,每组各25例患者。试验组的患者采用剖宫产术,对照组的患者使用阴道助产术。将试验组与对照组两组产妇的母婴结局进行分析与对比。结果两组患者在脐带因素方面具有明显的差异,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论患者一旦出现临产胎儿窘迫,应按照孕妇具体情况选择剖宫产术或阴道助产术尽快结束分娩,同时做好新生儿抢救等后续工作,避免新生儿窒息,减少围产儿死亡率。

An observation of curative effect of cesarean section and vaginal delivery surgery in fetal distress in labor of term pregnancy

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of cesarean section and vaginal delivery surgery in fetal distress in labor of term pregnancy. Methods 50 cases of the patients with term pregnancy from January 2013 to June treated in our hospital for fetal distress in labor were selected, which were randomly allocated to a control group and an observation group according to the registration serial number, with 25 patients in each. Patients in the observation group received cesarean section, patients in the control group received vaginal midwifery. The maternal outcomes between the two group were analyzed and compared. Results Differences of umbilical cord factors between the two groups were obvious and statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion If fetal distress in labor is appeared, cesarean section or vaginal delivery will be selected to finish the delivery as soon as possible based on the specific circumstances of pregnant women, at the same time do neonatal rescue and follow-up work well, avoid newborn asphyxia, and reduce perinatal mortality.
