| 摘 要： | 用正交设计法对牡丹皮中丹皮酚的提取工艺进行研究，考察了加水量、氯化钠用量和湿润时间3种因素对其提取率的影响。结果表明，加入一定量的氯化钠和湿浸可提高丹皮酚的提取效率。

| Abstract: | To study the extraction process of paeonol from eortex Moutan with orthogoral, design, we have examined three factors that may influence the extraction rate: the amount of wa- ter. the amount of NaCl and Soaking time. Results proved that the addition of NaCl and soaking may improve the efficiency of cxtraction rate. |
