组织多普勒成像技术评价阿托伐他汀对冠心病左室局部收缩和舒张功能的影响

目的探讨应用组织多普勒成像（TDI）技术研究阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者左室局部收缩和舒张功能的影响。 方法63例冠心病患者分为治疗组和对照组，在常规治疗的基础上，治疗组加用阿托伐他汀10mg，共治疗6个月。应用TDI技术测量两组治疗前后左室壁18个节段收缩期峰值速度（Vs）和舒张早期峰值速度（Ve），并计算18个节段心肌平均收缩期峰值速度（Vs）和舒张早期峰值速度（Ve），同时检测血脂水平。 结果（1）阿托伐他汀组治疗后室壁所有节段中，有11个节段的Vs和Ve显著升高（P〈0．05），而对照组治疗前后无显著差异；（2）治疗后阿托伐他汀组Vs和Ve显著升高（P〈0．05）；（3）治疗后，两组患者胆固醇、甘油三脂和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平都不同程度的降低（P〈O．05）。 结论阿托伐他汀可改善冠心病患者的左室局部收缩和舒张功能，而且并不完全依赖于其调脂的能力。

Tissue Doppler Imaging Quantitative Analysis of Regional Systolic and Diastolic Function Affected by Atorvastatin in Coronary Artery Disease

Objective To evaluate the effect of atorvastatin on regional left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in coronary artery disease(CAD) by tissue Doppler imaging(TDI).Methods Sixty-three CAD patients combined with hyperlipemia were selected and given with atorvastatin 10 mg QD in addition to conventional therapy or only conventional therapy.Before and after administration,left ventricular peak systolic velocity(Vs) and peak early diastolic velocity(Ve) in 18 segments of the two groups were measured with TDI,The mean value of left ventricular peak systolic velocity(s) and peak early diastolic velocity(e) in 18 segments was calculated too.Results 1.After administration,Vs and Ve in 11 segments were increased significantly in atorvastatin group(P<0.05) and there was no changes in the control group(P>0.05).2.In atorvastatin group,the value of LV AKV-]s and AKV-]e were increased significantly than before(P<0.05).3.After administration,the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and low lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were all decreased in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Atorvastatin can improve regional left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in CAD patients,which is not dependent on its lipid regulation ability.
