| 摘 要： | 糖尿病是代谢相关疾病，其发生过程必然伴随着代谢产物的改变。因其诊断标准和治疗方案已经十分明确，目前对糖尿病的研究主要集中在寻找早期生物标志物，期望其作为糖尿病相关代谢改变和胰岛素抵抗的早期筛查指标。近十年来代谢物组学研究快速发展，不仅为糖尿病诊断提供了新的思路，还可以通过发现新的生物标志物来预测糖尿病的发展情况。本文就目前代谢物组学在糖尿病研究中的现状和进展作简要综述。

| Abstract: | Diabetes is a metabolism-related diseases, its process must be accompanied with the occurrence of metabolite changes. As diagnostic criteria and therapeutic management of diabetes are very clear, current researches are focused on discovery of early biomarkers, which can be used as screening indicators for patients in early stage of diabetes and insulin resist- ance. Over the past decade, metabolomics has developed rapidly, which not only provides new idea for the diagnosis of diabetes, but also supports new biomarkers for predicting the development of disease. This paper is an overview of present situation and advances on metabolomics in diabetes. |
