指动脉皮支链岛状皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损

目的研究应用指动脉皮支链岛状皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损的临床疗效。方法选择各种外伤造成的手指皮肤缺损患者15例，应用指动脉皮支链岛状皮瓣修复创面，术后给予显微外科常规护理，同时给予低分子肝素钙、抗生素治疗。结果15例皮瓣全部成活。4例术后皮瓣远端发绀，间断拆除1～2针缝合线后好转。术后随访4～12个月，患者浅感觉恢复，手指功能按照总主动活动度／总主动屈曲度标准评定，优9例，良6例。结论指动脉皮支链岛状皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损临床疗效满意。

Repairing finger skin defect by branch chain island of finger artery

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of repairing skin defect of the finger using the flap based on cutaneous branch of digltal artery. Mehtods 15 cases of skin defects of the fingers caused by various traumas were repaired by using flaps based on cutaneous branch of the digltal artery, and were given routine care of microsurgery. They were also given low molecular weight heparin and antibiotics. Results all the 15 flaps survived. 4 cases appeared flap distal cyanosis after surgery and improved after removed the stitches discontinued. All patients＂ shallow sensory recovered to $2~$3＋ after following up 4 to 12 months. Finger functions were assessed by the total active movement and the total active flexion scale. 9 cases were excellent and 6 cases were good. Conclusion Using the flap based on cutaneous branch of the digltal artery to repair skin defect of the finger shows satisfactory chnical efficacy.
