| 摘 要： | 同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）是蛋氨酸的分解产物之一，需要叶酸、维生素B12、B6作为特定的酶与辅助因子参与体内代谢，如果缺乏这些物质，则可引起高同型半胱氨酸血症（HHcy），进而增加脑卒中发病风险，现就Hcy的代谢、检测、HHcy的治疗、导致脑梗死的机制及预后等做如下概述。 |
