第一掌背动脉皮瓣修复拇、食指皮肤软组织缺损

摘    要:目的报道第一掌背动脉皮瓣修复拇、食指皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法2005年8月-2012年10月,采用第一掌背动脉皮瓣修复拇、食指皮肤软组织缺损35例,术后随访3-24个月。结果本组35例皮瓣成活良好,外观满意,两点辨别觉达6-10mm,无虎口挛缩,拇食指的对捏、对掌功能恢复良好。结论第一掌背动脉皮瓣修复拇、食指皮肤软组织缺损操作简单,供血血管变异率低,无需再次手术断蒂,也可制成带血运的掌骨、伸肌腱复合组织瓣,且能携带掌背皮神经重建感觉,值得临床推广。

Repair skin defect of thumb index finger by first dorsal metacarpal artery flap

Abstract:Objective To observe the chnical effect of first dorsal metacarpal artery flap in the repair skin defect of thumb index finger. Methods From august 2005 to October 2012, we used the first dorsal metacarpal artery flap to repair the thumb, index finger skin defect wound in 35 cases, and the patients were followed. Results After operation, 35 cases flap survived, followed-up ranged from 3-24 months, it obtained satisfactory appearance, two-point discrimination was 6-10 ram, no contracture occurred, the pinch and opponens function of the thumb, index finger was well. Conclusion It is simple to operation, low variation rate and no pedicle that using the first dorsal metacarpal artery flap to repair thumb and index finger defect and also can be made into vascularized metacarpal flap, tendon composite tissue flap; and it can carry neurocutaneous to reconstruct sensation, is worth the chnical promotion.
