| 摘 要： | 目的：研究愈肠颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法：以愈肠颗粒的有效成分小檗碱、异欧前胡素的含量和浸膏得率作为评价指标，采用正交试验设计优选愈肠颗粒的最佳提取工艺。结果：经正交试验直观分析、方差分析和验证性实验，优选出最佳提取工艺条件为：处方量药材加8倍量水提取2次，每次1 h，提取液用70％乙醇沉淀。结论：该工艺简单方便，稳定可行，可作为愈肠颗粒的提取方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the optimal extraction process of Yuchang granules. Methods： The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal experiment based on the content of berberine and isoimperatorin as well as extraction yield. Results： The optimized extraction process of Yuchang granules was as follows： 8 times volume water of formulated crude materia medica, extracted twice, for 1 h and the 70% ethanol depositing angelica polysaecharide. Conclusion： The process is simple, stable and viable, which can be used as the best extraction method of Yuchang granules. |
