临床2型糖尿病患者社会职能状况分析

摘    要:目的了解2型糖尿病患者社会职能状况,探讨其影响因素。方法自拟糖尿病健康状况调查表对某医院内分泌科就诊的246例2型糖尿病患者进行调查,并采用The MOS-36 item short form health survey(SF-36)量表进行健康评价。结果246例临床2型糖尿病患者社会职能评分(59.25±21.16)低于李鲁建立的中国常模(P0.05)。多元回归分析结果表明,影响社会职能的主要因素为并发症数、家庭关怀、收缩压和文化程度。结论并发症数多、收缩压高者社会职能差;家庭关怀好、受教育程度高者则社会职能好。

Abstract:Objective To understand the social function of the patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus and to discuss about affect factors. Methods A total of 246 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from the endocrine section of the hospital in Tangshan city were invastigated on the stable of health condition making by myself and measured by The MOS-36 item short form health survey (SF-36) scale. Results The scores (51.51±17.97) of social function the cases were lower than Lilu's Chinese model(P0.05).The multiple factor regression analysis showed that the factors of affecting the social function of the patients contained importantly teached degrees,the care from the social,the numbers of the complications.Conclusion The mental social function of the patients of Type 2 diabetes mellitus with lower techered degree,more complications and lack care from the sociality is lower.
