排粪造影在诊断功能性出口梗阻性便秘中的应用

目的：探讨排粪造影在诊断功能性出口梗阻性便秘中的应用。方法：对126例排便障碍者进行排粪造影检查。结果：5例x线无异常，121例有异常X线表现。其中直肠前突73例，直肠粘膜脱垂、内套叠71例，会阴下降24例，盆底痉挛综合症11例，耻骨直肠肌综合症7例。内脏下垂36例，乙状结肠疝3例。其中多种异常表现并存64例。结论：排粪造影对功能性出口梗阻性便秘的诊断具有重要价值。

Application of Defecography for the Diagnosis in the Constipation of Functional Outlet Obstruction

Objective： To explore the application of defeeography for the diagnosis in the constipation of functional outlet obstruction. Methods： The 126 patients with dysporia underwent defecography. Results：5 patients were normal in X - way imaging,121 patients were abnormal in X- way imaging. Among them,73 patients were rectocele,71 patients were rectal mucosa prolapse and indigitation,24 patients were perineum de- scent, 11 patients were spastic pelvic floor syndrome, 7 patients were musculus pnborectalis syndrome,36 patients were splanch- noptosis,3 patients were sigmoid hernia,64 patients had several abnormal signs simultaneously. Conclusion：Defecography plays an important role in the diagnosis in the constipation of functional outlet obstruction.
