肾综合征出血热病毒感染正常人肝脏组织细胞培养研究

摘    要:将4个型的9株肾综合征出血热病毒分别感染体外培养的正常人胚肝单层细胞,结果9株均能感染肝细胞,而且繁殖滴度较高,分别在6-11d达到高峰,其中以从肝分离的L20株滴度为高而且维持时间较长。说明了肾综合征出血热病毒对肝脏有直接作用的可能。

Abstract:Nine strains of Hantavirus belonging to four serotypes were studied for studied for their infectivity in human embryonic liver cells in vitro.The results showed that all the isolated strains could infect liver cells and produce a relatively high virus titers in the supernatant of the cell cultures.The peak titers appeared at 6 to 11 days after infection.Moreover,ones strain (L20) isolated from liver tissue biopsy of a HFRS patient was found to have higher infectivity and a longer period of high titer in the liver tissue culture.It is,therefore,likely that Hantavirus could infect liver tissue directly in vivo and HFRS.(National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products,Beijing 100050)(Shandong Liaocheng District Hospital 252000)
