| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨缺血性脑卒中患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的含量变化及临床意义.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别检测脑梗死患者和正常人血清VEGF的浓度.结果 缺血性脑卒中急性期、恢复期VEGF浓度与正常对照组相比均增高(P<0.05),大梗死灶患者VEGF的水平升高明显.结论 VEGF可作为缺血性脑卒中发病和治疗的观察指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in cerebral infarction. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used in the determination of VEGF in blood serum. Results Both the concentrations of VEGF in serum of the patients with cerebral infarction in acute stage and convalescence stage were higher than those of controls(P<0.05).We found that the infraction patients with large focus had higher VEGF levels.
