| 摘 要： | 取新鲜羊睾丸制得羊和睾丸提取液,采用火焰原子吸收法直接测定羊睾丸中锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、镍(Ni)的微量元素含量。结果表明微量元素从多到少的含量顺序是:Ni>Fe>Zn>Cu>Cd>Mn。

| Abstract: | Mn,Zn,Cd,Cu,Fe and Ni in the extractives from sheep testis were determined by FAAS. The results showed that Ni is the highest and Mn is the low est in contents. |
