摘    要:目的:了解苯接触工人血清活性氧(ROS)水平及其影响因素。方法:在苯作业工人工作地进行苯溶物(BSO)采样测定;用Fenton法对78名苯接触工人(精苯工50名,苯回收工28名)和46名对照者血清ROS水平进行测定。结果:精苯工车间及苯回收工车间BSO水平分别为383.5mg/m^3,43.9mg/m^3,均高于国家标准(40mg/m^3)。各时间段苯接触组工人血清ROS水平高于对照组,且随接触工龄增加而升高。结论:苯接触可致体内ROS水平升高,对从事接苯工人应进行定期体检和健康监护。

Abstract:Aim: To explore the serum reactive oxygen species (ROS) and its influencing factors in workers exposed to benzene. Methods: Benzene dissolves (BSO) level was measured by collecting the air specimen in the workplace. Fenton assay was employed to detect the ROS levels in 78 workers exposed to benzene and 46 normal controls. Results: The serum ROS level in workers exposed to benzene was higher than that of normal control group, which increased with the work-age. Conclusion: Higher serum ROS level could be caused by benzene exposure, and it is necessary to take measures to proctect the workers exposed to benzene from the injury.
