| 摘 要： | 目的观察抗抑郁剂赛乐特治疗早泄的疗效及副反应。方法对30例早泄患者给予口服赛乐特进行系统治疗4周后的疗效。同时与20例口服安慰剂的早泄患者进行对照比较。结果2组患者在服药4周后症状均有不同程度改善,赛乐特治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论赛乐特治疗早泄,是能够达到一定效果的,并且具有安全、方便与价廉的优点,值得推荐。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of antidepressant Seroxat in premature ejaculation.Methods Thirty patients with premature ejaculation were observed for efficacy evaluation.compared with 20 case of equivalent control treated with placebo.Results Relief of symptoms at different ranges was observed,Seroxat acted more significantly than controls.Conclusions Antidepressant Seroxat is a safe,efficacious and convenient method for premature ejaculation. |
