医疗废物的危害及管理

随着人们对环境保护意识的增强 ,自我保护意识的提高 ,废物的处置 ,特别是医疗废物的处置已越来越受到社会的关注。医疗机构产生的废物 ,如残留血液的注射器、输液器等 ,因其特殊性更加受到全社会的重视与监督。但是 ,目前医疗固体废物从处置过程及最终处置方法尚存在技术及管理上问题 ,特别是对医疗机构产生的危险废物仍存在随意丢弃、与生活垃圾混同处理的现象。针对这些问题 ,应采取的措施主要是 :社会各界应给予足够的重视 ,针对医务人员 ,特别是农村地区的乡村医生进行培训 ,明确医疗固体废物 ,特别是危险废物的产生单位、运输单位及接受单位的责任。按照《固体废物污染环境防治法》、《危险废物转移联单管理办法》的方案 ,使各级医疗机构产生的废物 ,特别是危险废物不会对人类造成危害或尽可能的减少危害

The Danger and Management of Medical Waste

With increasing of recognition of the people on environmental and self protection,the waste disposal,especially the medical waste disposal,is getting more and more concerns.The wastes from medical organization,such as syringes with remained blood and transfusion apparatus etc,are attented and supervised by the society because of its speciality.Currently,there are problems existed in techniques or in management of how to deal with the solid medical wastes in the process of disposal and the final disposal.The dangerous medical wastes are always discarded freely or are combinely managed with garbage of daily life.Based on these situations,the following measures are suggested to be taken,i.e.call attention from the society,train medical staff with the priority of village doctors in rural areas,affirm the responsibilities of the agencies or facilities who produce,transport and accept the wastes.In line with"Law of People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste"and"The Form Regulation on the Transport of Dangerous Wastes",the danger from medical waste,especially the dangerous waste,should be eliminated or decreased to the lowest level to human.
