摘    要:目的皮肤科门诊设立病人接待中心,提高医院服务质量和病人满意度。方法从细节做起,开展咨询、导医、个性化服务、健康教育等工作,拓宽服务范围。结果把以病人为中心落到实处,真正满足病人的就医需求,为病人提供更优质的服务。结论为病人提供多角度、全方位的就医服务,能提高医院服务质量和病人的满意度,不断满足病人的医疗服务需求。

Abstract:Objective To explore the practice of patient reception center in the outpatient department of dermatology,in order to improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.Methods A reception center was set up,which focused on particular service and provided the following service,such as consultation,guidance in hospital,individualized service,health education,and so on.Results This practice put the "patient-centered" nursing philosophy into effect,satisfied patients' needs,and provided high-quality nursing service for patients.Conclusion Providing diversified nursing service can improve the quality of medical service and patient satisfaction,and constantly meet patients' needs.
