肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床观察

目的:观察肺表面活性物质固尔苏治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的效果。方法:36例患儿应用周尔苏治疗,观察治疗后临床反应、血气分析的变化及疗效。结果:应用固尔苏后患儿呼吸困难、呻吟、三凹征、紫绀症状减轻或消失,辅助机械通气治疗患儿用药后30 min均下调呼吸机参数;患儿用药前后PaO_2、PaCO_2,pH比较有显著差异(P<0.001);36例患儿全治愈。结论:肺表面活性物质固尔苏治疗新生呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效较好。

Effect of surfactant on neonatal respiratory distress syndrome

Objective:To observe the effects of surfactant on neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods:36 NRDS undergone the treat- ment with pulmonary surfactant were observed for clinical response,the changes of blood gas index and therapeutic effects.Results:After the administration of pulmonary surfactant,the symptoms as dyspnea,re- tarded expiration,three depressions sign and cynanosis were lessened and disappeared.The frequency of the assisted ventilation unit for the patients was slowed down and the difference was significant when PaO_2, PaCO_2 and pH were compared with pre-medication(P<0.001).Con- clusion:PS can effectively improve the lung function and clinical symp- tom of the neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.
