双路化疗免疫序贯治疗非小细胞肺癌胸腔积液

摘    要:目的综合观察双路化疗免疫序贯疗法治疗非小细胞肺癌胸腔积液的临床疗效及相关免疫指标的变化。方法42例肺癌胸腔积液患者随机分入观察组和治疗组,各21例。两组均予以GP方案化疗2个周期,在化疗第15天开始尽量排净胸水,观察组予以胸腔内注射IL-2,每3d1次,连续4次;对照组仅间断放胸水以缓解症状,检测两组治疗前和治疗后1个月的胸水中T淋巴细胞数量;治疗1个月后观察胸水缓解率。结果观察组临床缓解有效率达85.7%,与对照组57.1%比较,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。观察组治疗后胸水中T淋巴细胞的数量均明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P〈0.001)。结论双路化疗免疫序贯疗法在增加免疫细胞数量的同时临床疗效明显。
