北京市怀柔区2007年水痘疫情流行病学分析

目的掌握北京市怀柔区水痘流行情况，为控制该区水痘流行提供流行病学依据。方法根据怀柔区2007年疫情报告系统的水痘疫情资料，进行统计分析。结果水痘病例报告确诊率98．28％，5月份水痘发病达高峰，68％的水痘病例发生在中、小学生和托幼儿童，该市户口是发病的主要人群，26．22％的水痘病例有明确接触史；26．57％的水痘病例有免疫史。结论做好中、小学生和幼托儿童重点人群的综合性防治措施，提高水痘疫苗接种率，是现今亟待解决的问题。

Epidemiological Analysis of Varicella in Huairou District of Beijing City
