摘    要:目的探讨餐后不同运动强度、持续时间、起始时间对血糖及胰岛素代谢的影响。方法13名年轻健康、不经常运动的受试者参加有间歇的4天运动及前后2天的静息试验,检测空腹及服用标准餐后7个不同时间点的血糖及胰岛素;采用正交设计,运动强度、持续时间、餐后起始时间分为两水平。结果运动降低餐后血糖和血胰岛素升高水平;餐后血糖降低趋势与运动能量消耗趋势一致;运动35分钟餐后血糖升高量显著低于15分钟(P〈0.05);餐后15分钟起始运动血糖峰值显著低于静息组(P〈0.05);不同运动强度间未见效果差别。结论运动持续时间长和能量消耗大可改善餐后糖代谢,餐后早期开始运动可降低峰值血糖。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of postprandial different levels of exercise intensity, duration and initial time on the blood glucose and insulin. Methods 13 healthy, young and sedentary persons participated in the trial of intermittent 4 days of exercise and 2 days of resting. Blood samples were drawn at fasting and postprandial different time points for detecting glucose and insulin. The orthogonal design was used to arrange the exercise, three factors which were exercise intensity, duration and initial time,and each factor included 2 levels. Results AUCG (AUC of glucose)and AUCI (AUC of insulin) were decreased in the exercise groups than in the resting groups. The trend of exercise energy consumption was in the same as the decreasing trend of postprandial blood glucose. AUCG was significantly lower in the 35 minutes duration exercise than in the 15 minutes duration exercise, the peak value of blood glucose of postprandial 15 minutes initial exercise was significantly lower than in resting group. There was no significant difference between the two levels of exercise intensity. Conclusions The long duration and much energy consumption have great effects on the metabolism of blood glucose, and the early initial postprandial exercise can decrease the peak value of blood glucose.
