CD44V6、E-cadherin与非小细胞肺癌骨、脑转移关系的研究

摘    要:目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)及癌旁组织中CD44V6和上皮钙依赖黏附蛋白(E-cadherin、E-cad)的表达与NSCLC发生骨、脑转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组化Envision法检测65例NSCLC组织及30例癌旁组织中CD44V6和E-cad的表达情况,分析与NSCLC骨、脑转移的关系。结果 NSCLC原发病灶组织中CD44V6阳性表达率44.6%(29/65),在癌旁组织中无表达,且与NSCLC组织分型、TNM分期及骨、脑转移呈正相关(P<0.05),E-cad阳性表达率53.8%(35/65),显著低于癌旁组织(80%)(P﹤0.05),且与NSCLC分化程度、TNM分期及骨、脑转移呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 对NSCLC进行CD44V6及E-cad的检测,有助于预测NSCLC骨、脑转移倾向和评估NSCLC患者的预后。

Abstract:Objective To explore the significance of the expression of E - cad and CD44V6 in the metastasis of bone and brain of NSCLC. Methods The expression of E - cad and CD44V6 in 65 specimens of NSCLC and 30 specimens of adjacent normal tissues were detected by Envision immunohistochemistry. Result the high expression rate of CD44V6 was 44.6% in NSCLC, and 0 in adjacent normal tissues. CD44V6 staining in NSCLC tissues was correlated to classification, bone and brain metastasis and TNM stage ( P 〈 0.05 ). The high expression rate of E - cad was significantly lower in NSCLC than that in adjacent normal tissues(53.8% vs. 80. 0% ,P 〈 0.05). E - cad staining in NSCLC tissues was correlated to differentiation, bone and brain metastasis and TNM stage(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Determination of CD44V6 and E - cad by immunohistchemistry might be useful in assessing tumor progression and distant metastasis and in predicting prognosis of lung cancer.
