抑郁症患者心率变异性频谱分析研究

摘    要:目的探讨抑郁症患者的自主神经功能特点。方法32例抑郁症患者进行抑郁与焦虑自评并和31例健康对照者一起接受心率变异性频谱分析后,获得TP、HFnorm、LFnorm及LF/HF成分并比较。对抑郁症患者SDS与心率变异性频谱指标作两两偏相关分析。结果静息状态下,病例组总功率(TP)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其降低的程度与抑郁程度无相关性。结论静息状态下,抑郁症患者自主神经功能降低,从而导致其患心血管疾病的风险增加。

Abstract:Objective To determine the characteristics of autonomic nervous system in patients with depressive disorders. Methods A cross-sectional comparison of 32 patients with major depression and 31 non-depression controls (matched with age and gender) recruited in out-patient clinic. Depression was determined according to the CCMD-3 criteria. The state of depression and anxiety was self-evaluated,and electrocardiogram was examined during a 5-minute supine rest for HRV spectra analysis. Results In quiescent condition, the TP in patients was significantly lower than that of controls (P < 0.05),but the degree was not correlated with SDS. Conclusion In quiescent condition, the patients with depression have a reduced activity of autonomic nervous system, which may be related to the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
