100例初治涂阳肺结核伴有乙肝患者两种化疗方案效果分析

目的探索初治涂阳肺结核伴有乙肝患者的最佳治疗方案。方法观察组和对照组患者按肺结核病确诊时间顺序先后依次分组，观察组采用2DTLFXE／4DT方案治疗50例，对照组采用2HRZE／4HR方案治疗50例，两组观察项目和所使用护肝药物完全相同。结果观察组治疗至2月末其痰菌阴转率为92％、，肝损害发生率为16％，停药率为4％。而对照组2月末痰菌阴转率为82％，肝损害发生率52％，停药率为32％。两组相比观察组显著优于对照组（P〈O．01）。结论2DTLFXE／4DT治疗方案具有肝损害发生率低、停药率低、疗效确切而安全，值得临床进一步探讨。

Study of 100 cases of new-smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis with hepatitis B and it treatment effects

Objective To study new -smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients with hepatitis B and to test the best treatment regimen, so as to enhance treatment effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse drugs reaction. Methods An observation group and a control group were assigned according to tuberculosis diagnosis. The observation group of 50 cases used 2DTLFXE/4DT in the treatment regimen. The control group of 50 cases used the same treatment of 2HRZE/4HR program. The measures and its side-effects on liver were studied. Results The rates in the observation group of their sputum negative conversion rate, the incidence of liver damage and withdrawal rates were 92%, 16% and 4% respectively,for the control group,the sputum negative conversion rate was 82% ,liver damage occurred in 52% and the withdrawal rate was 32%. The measures in comparison were given to the observation group ： （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion 2DTLFXE/4DT treatment regimen has low incidence of liver damage, and the withdrawal rate is low. It is effective and safe,which is worthy of being further studied in the clinical practice.
