| 摘 要： | 目的:观察非格司亭在小儿白血病不同治疗阶段的应用情况.方法:以近几年我院坚持长期治疗的25例白血病患儿为观察对象,观察他们在诱导、巩固、维持及强化各阶段应用非格司亭的天数.结果:患儿在诱导治疗阶段应用非格司亭的天数明显长于巩固及强化治疗阶段(P＜0.01),感染发生少,且未发生明显不良反应.结论:白血病诱导治疗阶段应坚持应用非格司亭,可有效避免感染,度过治疗危险期.而缓解后巩固及强化治疗阶段可不用或少用.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the usage of filgrastim for pediatric leukemia in different treatment stages. METHODS:Taking 25 cases with pediatric leukemia as the observing objects, who had been treated in our hospital in recent years, and observing the days spent when using filgrastim in the treatment stages of induction, consolidation, maintenance and intensification. RESULTS:The days spent when using filgrastim for the patients in induction treatment stage were much longer than that in consolidation and intensification treatment stages( P <0 01).There was less infection and no obvious adverse reaction. CONCLUSION:Keeping the usage of filgrastim for leukemia in induction treatment stage can effectively avoid infection and get through dangerous period of the treatment. When the disease gets relieved, filgrastim will not be used or will be less used in consolidation and intensification treatment stages. |
