关节镜引导下股骨髁部骨折的微创治疗

目的：探讨关节镜引导下微创治疗股骨髁部骨折的临床效果及手术适应症。方法：2009年3月至2011年3月，对11例（11膝）股骨髁部骨折患者进行关节镜引导下复位空心螺钉固定，其中男7例，女4例，年龄平均34．5岁；骨折按AO分类，B1型3例，B2型4例，B3型4例。结果：全部11例患者均获得随访10～27月，平均17月，未发生伤口感染、骨不愈合等；按照Lysholm膝关节评分，术后6月平均为90分（83～95分）。结论：关节镜引导下复位空心螺钉固定股骨髁部骨折具有微创、可视，复位确切等优点，并对膝内合并损伤的诊治具有明显优势。

Arthroscopy-guided treatment of femoral condylar fracture

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects and Surgical indications of Arthroseopy-guided treatment of femoral condylar fracture. Methods：Eleven patients （seven males,four females）with condylar fracture treated with hollow screw in our hospital in recent 2 years were enrolled in this study.According to AO＇s method,there were 3 cases of TypeB1,4 cases of type B2, and 4 cases of type B3. Results：All the patients were followed up for 10 months to 27 months.According to the criteria of Lysholm, 8 assessed as excellent, 2 good and 1 moderat.The rate of excellent and good esuhs were 90.91%. Conclusion：Arthroscopy-guided treatment of femoral condylar fracture with Hollow screw has proved to be minimal invasive, video and exact reset , it has show obvious advantage in diagnosis and treatment of knee injuries.
