宫颈环形电切术诊治宫颈病变187例临床分析

目的：探讨宫颈环形电切术（LEEP）在宫颈病变（各种慢性宫颈炎、宫颈上皮内瘤变）诊治中的临床应用价值。方法：对妇科检查、细胞学及阴道镜下活检诊断为各种宫颈病变187例，采用环形电刀行宫颈环切术。结果：LEEP治疗宫颈疾病的成功率为100％，平均手术时间为5min，出血量10ml，无继发性出血及感染发生，手术标本病理诊断，其与阴道镜下宫颈活检病理诊断符合率为96％。结论：LEEP治疗宫颈病变安全有效、并发症少、复发率低，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical Analysis on Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure for Diagnoses and Treatment of 187 Patients With Cervical Pathological Changes

Objective： To discuss the clinical value of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP knife） for diagnoses and treatment of cervical pathological changes （such as chronic cervicitis, cervical intraepithe- lial neoplasia etc.）. Methods： 187 cases were diagnosed as cervical pathological changes by gynecological examination, cytology and biopsy under vaginoscope, as well as cervical circumcision with ring-shaped elec- trotome was performed on all patients. Results： Achievement ratio of LEEP for cases of cervical pathological changes was 100%, mean time of operation was 5min and intra-op blood loss was only 10ml, no secondary hemorrhage or infection was noted postoperatively. Histologic findings revealed that pathological diagnose ac- cordance rate of LEEP was 96% when compared with cervical biopsy through colposcopy. Conclusion： LEE P is a safe, convenient and effective method for treatment of cervical pathological changes. It has fewer com- plications and lower recurrence rate. It is worth to spread and use for the clinic.
