| 摘 要： | 睡眠呼吸暂停综合征是以反复发作的部分或完成性的上呼吸道梗阻为特征的综合征,它可导致睡眠暂停,低氧血症,伴有潜在严重的后果。右美托咪定托咪定是一种α2肾上腺素受体激动剂,具有良好的镇痛镇静效果,且呼吸抑制的副作用有限,因而对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者围手术期的积极作用。文章就这一药物及其对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的围术期应作一综述。

| Abstract: | Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（OSAS） is a syndrome characterized by periodic, partial or complete upper airway obstruction resulting in the disruption of sleep and hypoxemia with potentially serious physiologic consequences.It is identified as a major health problem during general anesthesia. Dexmedetomidine is an α2-adrenoreceptor agonist, with beneficial analgesic and sedative properties and limited respiratory depressant side effects. Thus it may be useful in the postoperative period for patients with OSA.The aim of the review is to describe dexmidetomidine and its clinical application in patients with OSA. |
