| 摘 要： | 目的：总结三种常见多发肋骨骨折内固定方案比较体会。方法：对我院2005年2月～2008年2月收治的54例分别采用普通骨科钢板、肋骨爪形钢板、合成树脂人工骨内固定手术治疗的多发、多段肋骨骨折病人进行回顾性分析。结果：54例多发、多段肋骨骨折病人均采用内固定手术治疗，术后连枷胸、纵隔摆动消失，呼吸状况明显改善，随访1-2年病人均恢复良好，参加正常工作。结论：内固定手术是治疗多发、多段肋骨骨折病人的有效方法，但各有利弊。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinic effects of three types of internal fixation system for treating fracture of multiple ribs. Methods： A retrospective study was carried out on 54 cases of fracture of multiple ribs treated with ordinary orthopedic plates, acetabular reconstruction plates or synthetic resinous artificial bone from Feb. 2005 to Feb. 2008. Results： After 1 year to 2 years followed up, all cases obtained a good recover. The condition of respiration improved, the postoperative flail chest and mediastinal swaying disap- peared. Conclusion： Internal fixation is an effective method for treatment of fracture of multiple ribs, but the three different choices have its different advantages and disadvantages. |
