| 摘 要： | 目的观察综合康复护理对老年髋部骨折术后功能恢复的影响。方法80例髋部骨折手术老年患者，随机分为综合康复组和对照组，各40例，分别施加相应的护理方法。应用Harris功能评分标准对术后12个月的髋关节功能进行评分，比较两组之间的功能康复差异。结果经过系统康复训练后，两组Harris评分差异有统计学意并（P〈0．01），康复组优于对照组。结论在老年髋部骨折患者的康复治疗中，综合康复训练优于常规护理。
