急诊床旁超声远程临床应用现状及展望

摘    要:采用文献综述的方法,对国内外公开发表的关于远程超声临床应用的文献和资料进行整理和分析,初步了解国内外远程超声临床各个方面的发展和应用。整理后发现,远程超声临床应用范围广,既可应用于院前急救,也可应用于院内远程超声会诊和远程监护等。常见应用于急诊科、产科、儿科、心血管内科等科室。远程超声有同步和异步两种实现模式。所使用的技术也开始从单一的电视监控或电话远程会诊逐渐发展为基于移动通讯设备、有线或无线网络等对数字、图像、语音等综合传输,5G技术的高速率、低延迟、大连接,以及云计算的大储存等应用于远程医疗和远程超声是近几年研究热点,将使得远程超声临床应用更加高效。

Abstract:Using the method of literature review, the published literature and data on the clinical application of remote ultrasound at home and abroad are sorted out and analyzed, and the development and application of all aspects of remote ultrasound clinical at home and abroad are preliminarily understood. After finishing, it is found that remote ultrasound has a wide range of clinical applications, which can be used not only in pre-hospital first aid, but also in hospital remote ultrasound consultation and remote monitoring. commonly used in emergency departments, obstetrics, pediatrics, cardiovascular medicine and other departments. Remote ultrasound has synchronous and asynchronous implementation modes. From a single TV monitor or telephone remote consultation, the technology used has gradually developed into a comprehensive transmission of digital, image and voice based on mobile communication devices, wired or wireless networks, etc. The high rate, low delay, large connection, and large storage of cloud computing are the hot spots in recent years, which will make the clinical application of remote ultrasound more efficient.
