| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨免疫球蛋白在肝病患者血清检测中的临床应用价值。方法:通过对急性肝炎、慢性活动性肝炎、肝炎肝硬化患者的免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)进行检测,为进一步探讨免疫球蛋白在肝病患者血清检测中的临床应用提供依据。结果:急性肝炎组患者的IgM水平要明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。另外,慢性肝炎组患者的IgM、IgG水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);肝硬化组患者的IgM、IgG水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:免疫球蛋白在急性肝炎、慢性肝炎及肝硬化等肝病中可以作为观察患者病情变化的有效指标之一,对于肝病的诊断有着重要的临床应用价值。
