| 摘 要： | 目的:观察肾气丸与右归丸对实验肾功损伤大鼠影响的比较研究。方法:雄性wistar雄鼠40只,随机分成4组,空白组常规喂养。余3组造劳倦过度加庆大霉素肾虚模型。2周后,造模成功后,B组(右归丸组),C组(肾气丸组)给予灌药。观察大鼠一般情况。取颈静脉血检测血清尿素氮(BUN),血清肌酐(Cr)变化情况及病理变化。结果:造模成功,用药后,Cr检验4组对比不明显(P0.05),但模型组、右归丸组与肾气丸组均有恢复趋势,肾气丸组较其他组更具优效性。实验后Bun有恢复趋势,且前后对比有统计学意义(P0.01),肾气丸组恢复明显。病理切片显示:模型组,右归丸组,肾气丸组均有病理损伤,模型组右归丸损伤严重,肾气丸损伤相对轻。该实验从对比角度,研究肾气丸,右归丸对模型大鼠的肾功能恢复的机制,为进一步研究打下实验基础。
