不稳定性心绞痛的冠状动脉造影与临床特点分析

目的：为了解不同类型不稳定性心绞痛的冠状动脉（冠脉）造影特点。方法：对129例不稳定性心绞痛患者进行冠脉造影与临床分析，结果：初发劳力型心绞痛单支血管病变占70．0％，较其它型多见（P＜0．05），静息型心绞痛以三支血管病变和左主干病变较其它型多见（P＜0．05），C型病变化其它类型高（P＜0．05），恶化劳力型心绞痛介于初发劳力型和静息型心绞痛之间。梗塞后心绞痛病变以次全闭塞或完全闭塞多见，较其它各型高（P＜0．05），结论：提示静息型心绞痛和梗塞后心绞痛病变严重而广泛，尽早行冠脉造影，应积极治疗。

Analysis of clinical characteristics and coronary arteriogrophy in the patients with unstable angina.

Objective:In order to understand the clinical characteristics of coronary artenography of unstable angina of different types.Methods:129 cases with unstable angina were done by coronary arteriography,and its results were analysed.Results:The sigle-vascular disease in the initial onset angina was 70 0% ,which was more commonly than that in the other types (P<0 05).The three-vascular disease and left mainstay-vascular disease in resting angina were also more commonly,compared with the other types(P<0 05),The vascular disease in the c type was higher than that in the other types (P<0 05).The progressiv angina was between the initial onset angina and resting angina.Both incomplete-and complete obliterations in postinfarction angina were more comonly,which were higher than that in the other types (P<0 05).Conclusion:The above results suggest that the pathological changes in the resting angina and postingfarction angina are more severe and estensive,so the coronary arteriography should be performed as early as possible ,and the treatment must be positive .
