鳖甲煎丸抗乙肝后肝纤维化作用的机制研究

目的：观察鳖甲煎丸抗乙肝后肝纤维化作用的机制。方法：将确诊患者48例随机分为治疗组（24例）和对照组（24例），对照组西药常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服鳖甲煎丸。结果：治疗组血清TGF-β1、PDGF、IL-1水平比治疗前均有明显下降（P〈0．05），但对照组下降不明显（P〉0．05）。治疗前，治疗组与对照组血清IFN-γ无显著差异（P〉0．05）；治疗后，治疗组血清IFN-γ含量显著增加（P〈0．05），而对照组血清IFN—γ水平与治疗前比较无明显变化（P〉0．05），与治疗组比较差别有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：鳖甲煎丸对调整肝纤维化患者血清TGF—β1、PDGF、IL-1、IFN-γ水平有一定作用，调节免疫，抑制炎症因子释放，可能是其抗肝纤维化的作用机理之一。

Mechanism of Biejiajian Pill against HBV-induced Liver Fibrosis

Objective： To observe the mechanism of Biejiajian Pill against HBV -induced liver fibrosis. Methods： 48 diagnosed patients were randomly divided into treatment group （24 cases） and control group （24 cases）. The control group were given con- ventional Western medicine, the treatment group with Biejiajian Pill on the basis of the treatment of treatment group. Results ： Serum TGF - β1, PDGF, IL - 1 levels were significantly reduced compared with that before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but there were no significant decline in the control group （ P 〉0. 05 ）. Before the treatment, there were no significant differences （ P 〉 0.05 ） for the serum IFN - γ of the treatment group and control group. After the treatment, the level of serum IFN - γ were significantly increased （P 〈 0.05 ）, while the serum IFN -γ levels of the control group had no significant change（ P 〉0. 05 ） compared with that before the treatment. There were no significant differences compared with that of the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Biejiajian Pill has some role in regulating TGF - β1, PDGF, IL - 1 and IFN - γ levels of patients with liver fibrosis. Ajusting the immunity and inhibiting the release of inflammatory cytokine may be one of the mechanism against HBV-induced liver fibrosis.
