| 摘 要： | 报告应用国产NSJ-15型水囊式碎石机治疗尿路结石1380例,其中肾结石535例,输尿管结石744例,肾伴输尿管结石90例,膀胱及后尿道结石12例。碎石率为99.06％,三个月结石排净率肾结石为92.84％,输尿管结石为92.43％。并对71例结石进行红外光谱分析以探讨结石成分与碎石效果的关系;对85例病人碎石前后尿液NAG酶测定以了解冲击波对肾脏损害情况。主张输尿管结石尽量采用原位治疗。

| Abstract: | 1380 cases of urinary stone has been treated with domestically NS-15 lithotripter. Of these patients, 535 cases of renal stone, 749 cases of ureteral stone, 90 cases of renal and ureteral stone syn chronously,12 cases of bladder and post-urethral stone. The total fragmentation rate was 99.06%. The complete expulsion rate of stones within 3 months after ESWL were 92. 84% in renal stone and 92. 43 in ureteral stone. 71 cases of urinary calculi were analysed by infrared spectroscopy, urine NAG in 95 cases was tested. It is believed that in situ ESWL of ureteral stone is better to be selected. |
