| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脊髓海绵状血管瘤的诊断治疗特点及手术时机.方法 对2004年10月～2005年7月收治的12例脊髓海绵状血管瘤手术病例资料进行回顾性分析.结果 12例脊髓海绵状血管瘤患者,均全部手术切除成功,术后3例脊髓功能改善,2例轻度改善,7例与术前无变化,无手术死亡病例.结论 充分了解脊髓海绵状血管瘤的诊治特点,掌握适宜的手术时机,以及娴熟的应用显微神经外科技术,可使该类手术治疗取得良好效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment and operative timing of SCH.Methods Twelve cases of SCH treated with operations from October,2004 to August,2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Total SCH removal was achieved.The postoperative neurological status was improved in 3 cases,aggravated in 2 cases,and unchanged in 7 cases.No deaths occurred.Conclusion Recognization of the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of SCH,and skillful microneurosurgical techniques can achieve a rather good result. |
