以国产异环磷酰胺为主联合化疗晚期复治肿瘤29例近期疗效

目的　探讨以国产异环磷酰胺为主的联合化疗方案治疗晚期复治肿瘤的疗效和毒副作用。方法　多种前期治疗失败的晚期恶性肿瘤 2 9例。异环磷酰胺 1 .5g/m2 ,静滴 ,d1～ 3 ;美斯纳 0 .4g分别于应用IFO后的 0h、4h、8h静滴 ,d1～ 3 ,联合其它化疗药物。每周期间隔 2 1～ 2 8天 ,均应用两周期以上。结果　总有效率 (CR +PR) 62 .1 % ,毒副作用主要是轻度的骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、脱发等。结论　以国产异环磷酰胺为主的联合化疗方案治疗晚期复治肿瘤有较好的疗效和较小的、可耐受的毒副作用

Retreatment of advanced cancers with combined chemotherapy based on home-made ifosfamide

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effects of combined chemotherapy with home made Ifosfamide(IFO) in the retreatment of advanced cancers.Methods 29 cases of various advanced cancers,with unsuccessful former treatments,were treated.Combined with other drugs,IFO 1.5g/m 2 gtt wac used for three days.Mesna 400mg iv was given at 0,4,8 hours after the administration of IFO.Two or more therapatic courses were conducted with an interval of 21 to 28 days.All patients were evaluated for response.Results The total responsive rate (CR+PR) was 62.1%.The side effects were small,including myelosuppression,nausea and vomiting,alopecia.Conclusion These results indicate that the combined chemotherapy with domestic IFO is effective in the retreatment of advanced cancers with less and tolerable toxicity.
