| 摘 要： | 目的比较水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界CO2流体萃取法提取麻黄挥发油的化学成分及其相对含量。方法采用传统的水蒸气蒸馏法与现代的超临界CO2流体萃取(SF-CO2)技术提取麻黄中的挥发油,并应用GC—MS联用技术分析两种提取方法提取的挥发性化学成分。结果两种提取方法提取的挥发油无论在成分还是其相对含量均存在一定差异。结论超临界CO2流体萃取法提取率高,提取较完全,是提取麻黄择发油的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the chemical components and their relative contends of volatile oil extracted from Herba Ephedrae by the methods of steam distillation (SD) and supercritical CO2 fluid extraction (SFE-CO2). Methods Extracted the volatile oil of Herba Ephedrae by technic of steam distillation (SD) and Supercritical CO2 Fluid Extraction(SFE-CO2),then analysis the extractions by GC-MS. Results The chemical components and their relative contends of volatile oil extracted by the above two methods were different. Conclusion SFE-CO2 is superior to SD in raising yield and shoring extractive time. It is a good method for the extraction of volatile oil from Herba Ephedrae. |
